Pallet storage technology
Racking technology for optimal curing and storage
Avermann curing chamber technology is suitable for almost all pallet carousel plants. Depending on the unit size, our particularly space-saving storage and efficient heating requires one or more rack shelves. The associated loading unit is selected depending on the plant design.
The standard version is a design with an on-site pit, where the pallet moves on the lifting platform of the curing chamber feed unit. For systems with higher performance and shorter cycle times, a vertical-lifting storage and retrieval unit is used. A further additional design is our storage for stacking pallets, where these are moved in and out of storage using a stacking crane. This automatic transfer follows the first-in, first-out principle outside of production hours.
